Ce document est une bibliographie annotée sur relation entre la recherche et politique dans le domaine du développement. Traditionnellement le lien entre recherche et politique était perçu et analysé de manière linéaire. Aujourd’hui, un certain nombre d’auteur explore les liens dynamiques et complexe sur la mutuelle influence de ces deux » sphères « . Dans la première partie, une synthèse conceptuelle par thèmes est réalisée : le contexte politique (le processus politique, société de l’information…), les acteurs (réseau, organisations et individus…), les média (gestion de la connaissance, lobby, marketing communication…). Les 100 résumés bibliographiques sont classés par ordre alphabétique. Des annexes par thèmes, disciplines et auteurs permettent de se retrouver.
Traditionally, the link between research and policy has been viewed as a linear process, whereby a set of research findings is shifted from the ‘research sphere’ over to the ‘policy sphere’, and then has some impact on policy-makers’ decisions. Literature on the research-policy link is now shifting away from this view, towards a more dynamic and complex approach that emphasises a two-way process between research and policy, shaped by multiple relations and reservoirs of knowledge. This annotated bibliography contains summaries of 100 documents from various streams of literature relevant to the issue of ‘Bridging Research and Policy’. The first section of the bibliography provides a narrative overview of the literature within the three themes and sub-themes. The second section contains the summaries, organised in alphabetical order, by author. The third section provides three indexes : by key themes, by academic discipline, by author.
